Be sure to mention you are booking for the WVVMA Annual Meeting to receive the group rate.  These rates are dependent upon what is available in the hotel.

  • NO refunds will be issued after registration has been submitted to the WVVMA. We do allow registrants to transfer their registration into another person's name. If it is an extenuating situation, the registrant may submit a written refund request, which will be considered no sooner than two weeks after the conference is complete. If approved, registrant will receive a refund less a $75 administrative fee.
